Lite Tech (formerly Lite Organização Ltda) is expanding its global support team and hiring 1 Remote Service Desk Analysts to join a dynamic, multicultural, fast-growing environment.
💼 About the Role
📌 Position: Service Desk — Technical Support & Helpdesk
📌 Contract: PJ (Independent Contractor)
📌 Workload: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday just!)
📌 Salary 6.000,00 PJ
📌 Location: remote
You’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve technical issues with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Provide first-level support via phone and email (chat may be added).
Troubleshoot issues related to apps, email, browsers, and hardware (including remote screen sharing).
Perform ID resets, manage email inconsistencies, and follow KB/SOP documentation.
Log and classify tickets, escalate when necessary, and ensure proper prioritization.
Meet service-level expectations for quality, productivity, and resolution times.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ German: C1–C2 (spoken & written)
✔ 1–2 years of Customer Support or Technical Support experience
✔ Ability to work as PJ and issue invoices in Brazil
✔ Reliable home office setup (≥20 Mbps internet, wired headset, dedicated computer)
✔ Availability for shifts and 36 hours/week
