Technical Support Professional
This position involves addressing complex customer inquiries, managing the global support queue and backlog, and ensuring exceptional service for valued clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored technical solutions to escalated support cases
* Provide proactive, personalized customer experiences
* Foster strong partnerships between support teams and clients through technical excellence and accountability
Troubleshooting Responsibilities:
* Analyze web applications using Chrome Developer Tools
* Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or cURL
* Conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues on Windows Application Servers
* ERP/MIS background preferred
* Print industry knowledge is mandatory
