Business Process Analyst Position
The primary objective of this role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
A key function of the IT Business/Functional Analyst is to analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. They collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the company's objectives.

2. Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, creating detailed functional specifications for the development team.
3. Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
4. Develop and execute test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
5. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
7. Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects, assist in managing project budgets.
8. Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
9. Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents, participating in change management.
Essential Requirements
1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Languages: Advanced English.
Tools and Abilities
1. Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio.
2. Experience with project management software like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana.
3. Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
4. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
5. Experience with ERP systems like SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce.
