We are looking for a Full Stack Developer, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid, in the city of Sao Paulo - SP.
In this role you will need:
Application Development
* Design, develop, and maintain full‐stack applications using Python for backend services and modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development.
* Build and optimize RESTful and event‐driven APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
* Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling patterns.
Cloud & Azure Engineering
* Develop and deploy applications on Azure services such as:
* Azure App Services, Azure Functions
* Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
* Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage
* Integrate applications with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID for identity and access management.
* Apply cloud‐native design principles and cost‐optimization best practices.
Automation & PowerShell
* Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for:
* Infrastructure provisioning
* Application deployment
* Environment setup and operational automation
* Automate Azure resource management using Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Infrastructure‐as‐Code tools.
* Support operational excellence through automation and monitoring scripts.
DevOps & CI/CD
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
* Implement automated testing, code quality checks, and release pipelines.
* Collaborate in DevOps/SRE practices to ensure high availability and resilience.
Design, Collaboration & Mentorship
* Participate in architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and operations teams.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
Required Technical Skills
Backend
* Strong hands‐on experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django or similar).
* Experience with asynchronous processing, microservices, and API design.
Frontend
* Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as:
* React, Angular, or Vue.Js
* HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
Cloud & Automation
* Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, security).
* Strong scripting expertise using PowerShell.
* Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform preferred).
Databases & Integration
* Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Integrations with enterprise systems and third‐party APIs.
DevOps & Tooling
* CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
* Git‐based version control.
* Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
Non‐Functional & Enterprise Skills
* Security‐first mindset (OAuth, RBAC, secrets management).
* Performance optimization and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‐solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* 8+ years of professional software development experience.
* 5+ years hands‐on experience with Python‐based application development.
* 3+ years working with Azure cloud services.
* Strong experience in PowerShell automation.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice‐to‐Have
* Experience with enterprise automation or platform engineering.
* Exposure to AI/ML integrations.
* Azure certifications (AZ‐204, AZ‐400, AZ‐305 preferred).
* Experience supporting regulated environments (SOX, ISO, security audits).
