Lennor Metier Consulting is urgently recruiting a Global Procurement Lead ( Real Estate, Infrastructure and Utilities) Salary Range : Open Work Setup : Onsite Shift Schedule : Day Shift Location : Cabuyao, Laguna The role This role is responsible for designing and implementing global sourcing strategies to ensure the continuous, cost-effective supply of essential indirect spend categories, primarily Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Utilities (like Power and Liquid Nitrogen), enabling the various business groups' global operations. Your Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiation for the assigned commodities globally, focusing on cost savings through initiatives like tendering, standardizing facilities equipment, and optimizing overall spend. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage a global supplier base, closely monitoring their Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance. This includes formal annual reviews, problem resolution, and proactive risk mitigation. Strategy & Alignment: Develop and execute global sourcing strategies by monitoring industry trends and market dynamics. This requires close partnership with Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to align procurement goals with major business projects like factory expansions. Operational Support: Support all global manufacturing factories, design, and service centers. Utilize purchasing and electronic manufacturing process knowledge and systems like SAP or Ariba to execute procurements as needed. In essence, you are the strategic leader ensuring critical facility-related supplies and services are secured efficiently, affordably, and reliably across the globe. What we're looking for: 7 years of experience in strategic procurement or commodity management, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Utilities. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Facility Management or Construction Management and/or experience. Proven track record managing large scale global spend (US$50M) is preferred. Experience in supply chain management in an electronics manufacturing environment. Collaborating with business leaders or other stakeholders to implement strategies and sourcing initiatives. Commodity Spend Analyis Supplier Contract management Supporting Procure to Pay process including PO issuance and supplier shipment Experience in a very high growth rate electronic business is preferred.
