Founding Product Designer
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the core product experience of a newly founded startup. As a Founding Product Designer, you will have a foundational role in shaping the product from concept to prototype.
You will collaborate directly with the client's founders (clinicians) to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process — from research through prototyping.
Buid the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.
About the Opportunity

You will be working closely with real users (doctors) to solve meaningful problems in patient care.
Requirements
* Based in Brazil and advanced/fluent in English.
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong ownership mentality.
What You'll Do
