Dgb Americas Regional Sales Manager - Our Beauty division continues to grow rapidly across fragrance and beauty categories, driven by strong partnerships, high-performance teams, and a focus on Retail Excellence. Role Overview:The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance, market share growth, and brand excellence within an assigned geographic area and client portfolio. This role plays a critical part in executing commercial strategies, managing field teams, and building strong, long-term partnerships with retail clients while ensuring consistent brand execution at point of sale. The Retail Sales Executive works closely with the Area Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and budget expectations. Key Job Accountabilities:Sales Growth & Market Share- Increase sales and gain market share in line with targets set by the Area Manager. - Achieve monthly sales growth above market through execution of the Action Plan and promotional initiatives. Client Management & Commercial Development- Motivate and manage clients within the assigned geographic area and portfolio. - Coordinate sales development in line with brand guidelines and client needs. - Build strong, positive, and long-term relationships to strengthen client loyalty and partnership. Field Team Leadership- Manage Beauty Advisors and temporary payroll agency resources. - Support hiring, onboarding, development, coaching, and motivation of field teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner effectively with Training, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Service. - Align cross-functional support to deliver sales objectives and operational excellence. Retail Excellence & Brand Execution- Contribute to Retail Excellence at point of sale. - Ensure brand image, visual standards, and merchandising guidelines are consistently respected. Market Analysis & Assortment Optimization- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify opportunities. - Review and optimize client assortment with focus on best sellers and inventory health. Budget & Investment Management- Manage travel expense budgets and A&P investments for assigned clients. - Measure ROI of promotional and commercial activities in coordination with the Area Manager. Key Responsibilities- Execute sales strategies and promotional plans across assigned accounts. - Conduct regular store visits to coach teams, assess execution, and monitor performance. - Ensure flawless execution of product launches and in-store initiatives. - Monitor KPIs, sales results, and productivity metrics, providing insights and action plans when needed. - Maintain accurate reporting and timely communication with internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 35 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, or account management within beauty, luxury, or consumer goods. - Proven experience managing field teams and working with retail partners. - Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and commercial execution. - Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking. Travel Requirements- Frequent travel within the assigned geographic area, including overnight stays as required.
