This innovative company is dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry through cutting-edge technology solutions.About the RoleWe're hiring a Senior DBA to own the database layer across our production systems — OLTP relational databases as the operational store and an OLAP columnar database for analytics. Data flows between them via a CDC pipeline (Debezium → Kafka) managed by our infrastructure team. You'll own what's on both ends: schema design, data modeling, query performance, and analytics enablement.This is a high-ownership role. You'll be the technical authority on how our data is structured, how it performs, and how schema changes propagate safely from OLTP to OLAP stores.
