We are seeking a highly skilled Home Care Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverage.
About the Position:
* Manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts in real-time.
* Handle inbound (and some outbound) scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies.
* Utilize scheduling and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document updates accurately.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and 24/7 coverage.
Requirements:
* 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles.
* Proven track record of success working with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers.
* Familiarity with EMR/scheduling systems is essential.
* Tech-savvy individuals who can quickly learn new platforms and AI-driven tools are ideal candidates.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve urgent scheduling conflicts are necessary.
Bilingual Advantage: Many patients prefer or benefit from Spanish-speaking support. While not required, bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
