We’re hiring: Business Operations Analyst (Process & GTM)
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support process design, execution, and performance visibility across global go-to-market teams.
This role sits at the intersection of process, data, and business operations, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Map and optimize end-to-end processes across the commercial lifecycle (lead to deal to renewal)
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in current workflows
* Define and standardize key metrics (conversion, pipeline health, deal velocity, renewals)
* Build simple dashboards and reports to improve execution visibility
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams
* Translate discussions into clear process documentation and actionable playbooks
What we’re looking for
* Experience with process analysis and documentation
* Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and metrics
* Advanced Excel skills
Nice to have
* Experience with Power BI or similar tools
* Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems
* Experience working in cross-functional environments
