Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage PR execution for launches and ongoing brand activations, ensuring alignment with global launches and sales priorities. You'll lead public relations for LATAM, developing and executing regional PR calendars and embargo plans.
* Develop and execute regional PR calendars and embargo plans;
* Buildevents, manage press lists, invitations, materials, and post-event follow-ups;
* Manage sample allocation, delivery, and follow-up process with regional media outlets;
* Drive joint PR opportunities with distributors, e-commerce partners, and brand collaborators;
* Adapt global press materials for LATAM audiences to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy;
* Track press coverage, analyze media performance metrics, and deliver post-launch summaries;
* Ensure consistent application of embargoes, NDA terms, and authorized content usage.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field;
* 5–8+ years in tech, consumer electronics, or gaming PR across LATAM;
* Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred);
* Strong understanding of LATAM media ecosystem and regional communication styles;
* Existing relationships with major tech and gaming outlets;
* Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple launches;
* Familiarity with PR metrics such as share of voice and media reach.
* A proactive communicator with high accountability and attention to detail;
* Skilled at relationship-building across diverse markets and cultures;
* Confident managing embargoes, timelines, and media expectations;
* Adaptable and independent, yet collaborative with global teammates.
