We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to drive business outcomes through platform optimization and insightful data analysis.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will support the ongoing development, configuration, and management of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.
Your responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions, designing and implementing automated processes using Flow, Process Builder, and approval workflows, and developing and enforcing efficient data entry, tracking, and reporting practices.
You will also ensure data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, validation rules, and backups, oversee data imports and exports as well as manage integrations with tools, such as Marketo, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Additionally, you will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making, translate data into actionable business insights to optimize the sales lifecycle and marketing performance, and lead Salesforce-related projects, monitor milestones, and ensure timely, effective delivery.
A successful candidate will possess excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise, B2B environments, proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud setup and configuration, strong understanding of CRM principles and Salesforce best practices, advanced experience in Salesforce Flow development, reporting, and dashboard creation, and experience with integration tools and third-party platforms.
Certification in at least one of the following: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant is required.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, commitment to continuous learning as well as staying current with platform updates, and trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent qualities are essential for this role.
