Job Role
The IT Business/Functional Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technological solutions.
* Analyzing and resolving system problems and incidents.
* Participating in change management to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analysing requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the development team.
* Designing solutions that meet business needs, collaborating with developers and system architects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment.
* Languages: Advanced English and/or French.
Tools and Abilities:
* Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio.
* Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
* Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Differentials (Nice to Have):
