Job Description:
Role: Atlassian Admin with DevOps Experience
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Mode: Contract
Core Responsibilities
* Administer and troubleshoot Atlassian Cloud tools primarily Jira and Confluence including project creation custom field management automation and global administration
* Manage Jenkins CICD platform including server administration on AWS pipeline support and troubleshooting
* Support additional tools such as Postman SonarQube TestRail and GitHub including GitHub Actions and basic scripting
* Provide customer service via Jira ticketing and Slack channels responding to user queries and supporting multiple teams
* Assist with troubleshooting AWS infrastructure servers autoscaling groups load balancers security groups
Required Skills Experience
* Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud administration Jira Confluence
* Atlassian professional certification is a plus but not required
* Experience with Jenkins administration and CICD concepts
* Familiarity with AWS administration and troubleshooting
* Proficiency with Git and GitHub including GitHub Actions
* Scripting skills in Python or Nodejs with willingness to learn new scripting languages as needed
* Ability to manage and troubleshoot automations in Jira visual builder and Script runner scripting
* Strong customer service and communication skills for Realtime support
* Comfortable with global administrator responsibilities and the associated risks
* Work Environment Logistics
* Preferred working hours 95 Eastern Time but flexible on location US nearshore or Pacific Time acceptable
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced high responsibility environment
* Customer service and willingness to interact with multiple teams are essential
* Exposure to a variety of DevOps and QA tools is beneficial
* Cross coverage and collaboration with other team members expected
