Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the administration and configuration of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to support business processes and user requirements. Design, develop, and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems to ensure data consistency and process automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Manage and optimize Salesforce application administration tasks including user management, security roles, profiles, workflows, and validation rules. Drive AI-led automation initiatives within Salesforce to enhance sales productivity and decision-making using tools such as Einstein Analytics and AI-driven workflows. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to maintain optimal CRM functionality. Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to promote adoption and effective use of Salesforce features.
