Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Services Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop long-term relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Establishing positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Evaluating client business requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally.
* Identifying critical business impact issues from the Service Desk.
* Maintaining knowledge of client system environments and providing documentation to more senior levels for review and feedback.
* Participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
