Client Success Representative
The Client Success Representative oversees client relationships, primarily with chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics. They will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring campaigns yield tangible results and clients remain informed, confident, and satisfied.
Daily Client Interaction
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for each clinic client.
2. Maintain regular communication via calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed before they have to inquire.
3. Provide transparent updates on campaign performance, next steps, and impending improvements.
4. Foster trust through responsiveness, proactivity, and openness.
Client Onboarding
1. Guide new clients through setup: verifying tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaign configurations.
2. Establish clear expectations around timelines, deliverables, and high-performing standards.
3. Ensure a seamless start to each new client relationship.
Campaign Monitoring & Troubleshooting
1. Review ad and funnel performance daily, tracking metrics such as CPL, generated leads, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
2. Identify drops or issues early (e.g., “show rate dropped 20% this week”) and diagnose potential causes.
3. Suggest actionable fixes: whether it’s a follow-up adjustment, schedule modification, or new messaging.
