* Partner Management: Onboard and engage partners, share leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster.
* Customer Management: Solutions for Customer Operations, Customer Support, LMS & Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and implement web-based business solutions.
* Contribute to client projects and product initiatives as part of the Professional Services team.
* Collaborate with Senior Developers to write Statements of Work implementation notes.
* Work with clients' Project Managers to understand needs and technical requirements.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional English communication skills.
* 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Proven experience with software product development and Agile methodologies.
