Our products help suppliers attract, convert, and retain industrial customers.As a Business Development Executive, you will work with North American manufacturing companies to understand their needs, develop strategies to generate new opportunities, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will pursue new prospects using the latest technology, uncover key business pain points, and build long-term relationships. We seek a driven, curious, and persistent hunter eager to create success for our clients.Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and target new accounts to acquire new logos, focusing on closing new business.Educate prospects on new Thomasnet.com solutions.Manage contracts and relationships to meet or exceed sales quotas.Engage in consultative, solution-based selling of high-value products and services.Ensure smooth transition of new accounts to account management teams.Develop pipelines using extensive databases and close new business programs.Research and target decision-makers, initiate sales, provide solutions, and close deals.Communicate proactively and clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction.Use Salesforce CRM to document projects and collaborate with stakeholders.Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Deliver compelling product demos, discuss contracts, and close sales.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.Excellent verbal and written English skills.At least 4 years of strategic business development experience with closing, preferably in B2B sales.Proven success in prospecting and business development.Self-motivated with curiosity and ability to sell complex solutions.Strong project and time management skills.Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting.Understanding of how technology solutions solve business problems.Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback.Ability to build a consistent revenue pipeline.Curiosity to stay current with industry trends.Please submit your resume in English.Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
