Video Editing Opportunity
* Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social platforms.
* Add captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native styling.
* Produce multiple variations of each concept.
* Work with raw UGC footage from creators.
* Collaborate with the team to execute creative ideas.
* Organize files, maintain version control, and meet weekly output targets.
* Stay on top of current TikTok trends, formats, and editing styles.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience editing TikTok/Reels-style short-form content.
* Strong proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere.
* Good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythm.
* Ability to produce high-quality content quickly and consistently.
* Portfolio of professional video editing work required.
* Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
* Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with fast iteration.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1–3 years editing short-form TikTok/UGC-style content.
* Experience working with raw UGC footage from creators.
