Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Technical Support professional. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a collaborative team player.
* Problem-solving aptitude and a keen attention to detail, especially in handling technical customer issues.
* A background in IT, technical support, or related fields is a valuable asset.
* Experience using CRM or help desk software is a plus.
