Software Engineer (DevOps & Production Focus)
We are looking for a Software Engineer with an \"Ops-first\" mindset .
This is not a traditional \"pure development\" role. We are seeking someone who enjoys building backend systems but is even more passionate about how they run, scale, and stay healthy in production. If you are a developer who naturally gravitates toward infrastructure, automation, and the database layer, this is for you.
Mandatory Requirement: Fluent English (C1/C2). You will be working in an international environment and must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
What You'll Do
* Production Ownership: Take responsibility for how applications run in production, not just how the code is written.
* Backend & APIs: Build and maintain backend services (focusing on reliability and performance).
* Database Engineering: Design and optimize relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
* CI/CD & Infrastructure: Own and support pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure.
* Automation: Write scripts to eliminate manual tasks and improve system reliability.
* Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Debug issues across the entire stack—from code to database to infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
DevOps & Infrastructure (Core Focus)
* Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
* Experience deploying and operating applications in Cloud environments ( Azure preferred ).
* Hands-on experience with Docker .
* A \"Pragmatic Ops\" approach: comfortable troubleshooting in production.
️ Databases (Key Requirement)
* Hands-on experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL .
* Ability to write complex queries, joins, and stored procedures/functions.
* Experience with Performance Tuning and troubleshooting DB bottlenecks.
Backend Development
* Solid experience in at least one language: .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python .
* Experience building RESTful APIs and proficiency with Git.
Scripting & Communication
* Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python .
* English Fluency (Mandatory): High-level spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
* Exposure to Kubernetes .
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Bicep, etc.).
* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).
