The Senior VIP Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers’ attention and loyalty. If you have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you.Your Responsibilities Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction above normal standards.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.Arrange activities tailored to customers’ preferences in the designated market, e.G. sport events.Go above and beyond when engaging with customers.What we are looking for:
