Responsibilities and Assignments
Lead the Strategic Sourcing (Strategic Procurement) team to build and evolve processes, negotiation strategies, policies, and procurement governance;
Manage the Non‑Personnel cost budget (Services and Platforms) with a focus on predictability and efficiency in interface with FP&A;
Lead strategic negotiations with national and global suppliers (cloud services, SaaS, technology, AI, and strategic partners);
Conduct structured RFP processes with market analysis, benchmarking, and total cost intelligence (acquisition, evolution, and sustainment);
Work on projects to implement a Supplier Relationship Management system for efficient communication and improvements in vendor validation flow for PoC (proof of concept);
Evolve governance to analyze regulatory risk (e.g., BACEN), information security, and internal controls in partnership with internal teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
Solid experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing focused on services and technology;
Strong experience in technology categories (Cloud, SaaS, AI, software, IT services);
Experience in complex negotiations and technology contracts;
Mindset of disrupting working models and tools using AI;
Analytical and data‑driven mindset;
Knowledge of governance, compliance and risk management;
Experience with ERP or procurement tools;
Experience in team management and development;
Advanced English (global environment);
Availability for hybrid work: must attend our office in the Morumbi region, São Paulo, once per month for 4 consecutive days, usually the last or first week of the month.
