We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and help us find skilled engineers ready to relocate to Sweden.
As a senior headhunter, you will build trust with suitable candidates and work with a global team of recruiters to support relocation and on-boarding.
Our clients are in various fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
* Find engineers ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
* Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation-related inquiries.
* Collaborate with a competent global team of recruiters.
* Coordinate relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.
* Partner with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and related fields.
Required Competence
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
* A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High quality and brand awareness.
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and outstaffing/outsourcing principles.
* Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
* Familiarity with IT technologies and ability to learn new ones.
* Analytical and well-organized individual with attention to detail.
* Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with high motivation.
* Resilient and persistent with ability to handle rejection.
* Passionate about success and achieving results.
* Responsive and responsible with appropriate representation.
