**Tasks**:
- Coordinate and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and implement Dataverse structures and business logic with Plugins
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise standards
- Interact with stakeholders to define and align technical solutions with business needs
- Guide the implementation of accessibility standards and CI/CD practices when applicable
- Promote best practices and mentor other developers across Power Platform initiatives
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience working with** Power Platform**, including complex enterprise projects
- Proven experience leading technical Power Apps teams over long-term engagements
- ** Advanced knowledge of Power Apps Model-driven, Dataverse, and Plugins**:
- Solid understanding of PowerApps architecture and delivery models
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in **English**(advanced level)
- Nice to have: experience with Canvas Apps, Accessibility in Power Apps, and CI/CD pipelines
