Semiconductor and Google Ads Expert

\

We are looking for a highly skilled SEM Specialist to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands.

\

The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns, as well as hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus).

\

Key responsibilities include optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA, and deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability.

\

Must-Have Skills:

\
\
1. +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
\
2. Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
\
3. Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
\
4. Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.
\
5. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
\
6. Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads.
\
7. Proven expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
\
8. Experience with external feed management platforms (DataFeedWatch or Channable)
\
9. Familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce.
\
10. Knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies to enhance funnel efficiency.
\
11. Experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion.
\

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

\

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

What You'll Do:

12. Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
\
13. Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making.
\
14. Improve ROAS & CPA through deep understanding of e-commerce metrics.
\
15. Enhance engagement and conversion rates through creative testing & ad iteration.
\
16. Identify opportunities and improve strategy through competitor & market trend analysis.
\
17. Generate reporting & insights using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
