The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced engineer to join our IT team as a full-time Manager of IT. You'll wear many hats, including supporting end-users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems.


About the Role

You'll be customer-facing and provide outstanding support experience to employees via various channels. You'll troubleshoot issues using the terminal and macOS in the enterprise. Procurement and delivery of technology equipment are also part of your responsibilities.


Your Responsibilities

* Manage SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Okta, Jira etc.
* Work with and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools like MDM, EMM, Jamf etc.
* Manage and respond to critical incidents and issues through completion.


What You Bring to Ledn

* 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.
* Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python etc.
* Ability to utilize open source tools like Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki etc.
* Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
* Remote support experience across multiple countries and time zones; familiar with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.
* Strong communication skills across all media and ability to explain complex concepts clearly; proficient writing in tickets, email or Slack.
