Your Responsabilities
The John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a Product Manager to accelerate the adoption and utilization of Advanced Guidance solutions in Latin America with a focus on Brazil. These products have massive potential to improve the outcomes for farmers in Latin America and equally huge potential to drive growth in the John Deere business within in the region. This role will play a key part in driving these outcomes with by extending John Deere's StarFire and Advanced Guidance solutions to empower farmers to achieve unprecedented precision, productivity, and sustainability in tropical agriculture.Develop a deep understanding of Brazilian farmers' needs and how advanced guidance solutions can transform their operations for greater productivity, profitability, and sustainability.Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and features, creating compelling product experiences through strong communication.Define, validate, and prioritize enhancements and new solutions that meet local needs while scaling globally, balancing strategic importance with technical feasibility.Lead product development initiatives end-to-end—from ideation through testing, validation, and commercialization—collaborating closely with UX, engineering, and production systems teams.Partner with regional marketing and customer success teams to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of Precision Ag solutions in Brazil.Apply domain expertise and business judgment to align product vision with performance, complexity, value, and speed to market.Communicate effectively and collaborate with product managers, delivery teams, sales, marketing, and support to ensure success in the marketplace.Join a passionate team focused on empowering Latin American farmers through technology to achieve precision, productivity, and sustainability.
What Skills You NeedAdvanced English proficiency (able to compose emails, conduct calls, and lead meetings autonomously).Intermediate Spanish (reads and writes emails autonomously, participates in calls and meetings).3+ years of experience in technology product development (software and / or hardware) in some capacity.A working knowledge of agriculture GNSS and Guidance features and capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and rally cross functional teams that spans engineers, UX, architecture, customer support, and marketing.Strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills with an ability to resolve ambiguity and traverse between high level strategy and low-level details.Willingness to travel 50% including travel to the United States.
