About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our technology team. As a key member of the integration cell, you will be responsible for handling integrations with various platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and VTEX.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead full stack development teams in delivering high-value solutions using Agile methodologies.
* Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Design and develop high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
* Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging and effective user interfaces.
* Drive the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing applications.
* Oversee the integration of various services and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality across platforms.
* Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance as needed.
* Collaborate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding code quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with significant leadership experience.
* Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React, as well as back-end technologies like Golang.
* Functional knowledge of AWS with a focus on application development.
* Experience with integrations in areas such as payments, e-commerce, fraud detection, or analytics.
* Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.
* Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
* Creative and efficient problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of Agile development practices and methodologies.
* Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
