**Senior Paid Media Specialist Job Description**
This is a full-time position requiring experience in paid media, with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in e-commerce advertising. We are looking for an individual to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA;
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability;
* Creative testing & ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates;
* Competitor & market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy;
* Reporting & insights generation using analytics tools.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns;
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center;
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus);
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management;
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions;
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion, as well as familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce.
