We are seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

5. You will manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.

7. You will monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.

8. You will have a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.

9. You will have a data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
\
10. You will have excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

11. You will have minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.

12. You will have a proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
