Home Care Scheduler Job Description
You will be part of our 24/7 scheduling coverage team, managing caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverage.
You will work closely with our AI-enhanced platform, stepping in when human judgment and problem-solving are needed. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies.
* Manage caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows
* Handle scheduling calls and texts
* Use scheduling and EMR systems
* Proactively identify coverage gaps and resolve scheduling conflicts
* Document updates accurately in the system
* Collaborate with teammates for smooth handoffs
* Provide feedback to improve processes and the platform
Requirements:
Must-haves:
* 1–2+ years in U.S. healthcare operations or patient coordination
* Proven experience speaking with physicians and clinic staff
* Familiarity with EMR/scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare)
* Tech-savviness and ability to learn new platforms
* Strong problem-solving skills with urgent conflict resolution
* Past experience working with U.S.-based teams in remote roles
