About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery Strategy: Develop and implement service delivery strategies that meet client expectations and drive business growth.
* Ticket Management: Oversee the management of tickets, including prioritization, escalation, and resolution.
* Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of service delivery managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
* Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools to measure service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Governance: Establish and maintain governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in service delivery management, with a strong background in ITIL-aligned managed services. They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
