About the Role:

The MPTF Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation of a project focused on environmental regularization and land governance, ensuring that activities are executed in accordance with the agreed project document and workplans. This involves coordinating actions at the institutional level with partner entities and public and private key actors, as well as providing technical leadership for the performance of tasks foreseen in the project's work plan.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the timely and quality implementation of project components and the execution of activities, providing technical support and ensuring appropriate linkages among components, contracts, and concerned actors.
">
* Develop and review Terms of Reference (TORs) of affiliate workforce and Service Providers, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations.
">
* Coordinate the preparation and adjustment of annual workplans, budget revisions, procurement and recruiting plans.
">
* Support the implementation of activities by national project personnel to ensure timelines and workplans, as well as environmental, socioeconomic, and gender safeguards, are followed and complied with.
">
* Liaise with project stakeholders to agree on implementation arrangements and participation in activities.
">
* Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and other technical activities in alignment with the Project Document and workplans.
">
* Prepare, carry out, and/or facilitate project field missions, supervision visits, and/or technical support training sessions for target communities and government agencies.
">
* Monitor project implementation and delivery, preparing project progress reports and briefs as required.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Postgraduate degree in Land Governance, Land Policy, or related fields.
">
* Minimum five years of professional experience in managing field projects related to sustainable land management, land tenure, and governance.
">
* Working knowledge of Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
">
* Brazilian nationality.
">
* Geographical knowledge of the State of Maranhão and previous field experience within the state.
">
* Experience with promoting bioeconomy value chains and rural women economic empowerment.
">
