The it support analyst contract role involves analyzing issues, formulating solutions, and troubleshooting system application and hardware problems. The candidate must update the customer on ticket progress, work remotely with customers to resolve problems, and utilize an internal it knowledge base to find and provide solutions.
Additionally, the candidate will use external information to research and resolve issues when needed. They must consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes, and escalate issues to necessary parties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of corporate and enterprise environments, experience delivering it solutions within these settings, and working in mixed mac and windows environments.
Desired skills include knowledge of centrally managed computer environments, experience supporting av environments, and experience working in advertising and/or marketing industries is preferred.
