We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in our clients. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of projects that span ERP (preferably SAP), e-commerce, mobile apps, POS, loyalty programs, and messaging platforms, ensuring seamless integration and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver complex retail projects involving SAP (or satellite retail systems), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, mobile apps, Inventti messaging, Zanthus POS, and Maxxin loyalty solutions
Define project scope, timelines, and KPIs while managing cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors)
Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with retail industry standards
Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and updating PMO best practices
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the evolution of our retail PM methodology
Need to Haves
Project-management experience in the retail sector
Demonstrated success delivering ERP projects (SAP strongly preferred) or large-scale retail applications (e-commerce, POS, loyalty, messaging)
Fluency in English – able to run meetings, write detailed status reports, and negotiate with global vendors
Strong leadership in matrix environments and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
Nice to Haves
PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Zanthus POS, Inventti, or Maxxin Loyalty
Knowledge of agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops) and retail-specific compliance requirements
