Job Title: Import/Export Process Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Import/Export Process Lead to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of import/export processes.
In this position, you will lead or support UAT activities for import/export processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management. You will collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with client requirements.
You will execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes. Your responsibilities also include documenting test results and escalating issues for resolution.
If required, you may be asked to backfill operational tasks in import/export to maintain business continuity during project phases. You will act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into business context.
