IT Recruiter Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top technology talent to meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English. Strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
In addition to recruitment experience, the successful candidate will have strong technical evaluation skills, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills and knowledge. They will also be familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter, and have experience working with CRM or ATS systems.
The role will involve full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
