A leading international insurance company is looking for a Technical Analyst PL/SQL – Insurance Location:São Paulo – hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Responsibilities Act as a key liaison between Product Owners and business sponsors to prioritize and estimate system needs. Lead solution implementation projects, covering all lifecycle phases: requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and operations. Define and validate product configurations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best‐practice standards. Propose and implement continuous improvements to the Life platform, both functional and technical. Serve as an expert consultant in life insurance systems, ensuring optimal solutions aligned with business processes. Coordinate and oversee projects, building technical teams and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Requirements Bachelor's degree Spanish level B1 (Portuñol acceptable) Experience implementing life insurance solutions or emissão PL/SQL.
