We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery Expert to join our team and drive excellence in IT operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise across infrastructure domains, including servers, networks, and applications.
The selected individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ITOM solutions using the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and operational strategies.
The key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing ITOM solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise architecture.
* Configuring and maintaining core ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure IT operations capabilities are aligned with organizational objectives.
* Continuously enhancing the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
The required skills and experience include:
* At least 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* A strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB structure and Event Correlation Rules.
* A solid grasp of server, network, and application architecture, with troubleshooting abilities across infrastructure layers.
* Experience with the ServiceNow database schema, tables, and data modeling.
* Proficiency in Performance Analytics, email notification design, and managing complex data workflows.
* Expertise in using transform maps, data sources, and scripts for effective data import and integration.
* Skill in developing and managing scheduled jobs, events, and automated triggers within ServiceNow.
* Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, import sets, and custom integrations using scripted approaches.
