* 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
* Ability to build relationships
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Certifications that demonstrate competency in enterprise IT (A+, etc.) are a plus
* 2+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician
* Ability to handle tickets and service requests with professionalism and efficiency
* Handle inbound calls and answer questions
* Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
