Senior Project Lead
The Senior Project Manager oversees Agile Scrum teams consisting of Technical Architects, Developers, QA specialists, and Business Analysts.
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration is required along with fluency in English.
* At least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management with hands-on development or coding experience are needed.
Main Responsibilities:
* Business analysis involves requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics is essential.
Requirements:
* PMP certification and CSM are highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry can be beneficial.
Additional Requirements:
* A proven track record of managing projects within scope and on time is expected.
