Managing billions in media, our dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists challenge traditional planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.A day in the life:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recommending the best modern measurement strategies for our marketing campaigns, including statistical modeling, experiment design for incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement. You’ll work out of our task management software, Asana, to coordinate delivery with other teammates.ResponsibilitiesUtilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL and PythonCommunicate findings to internal PD stakeholders simply and eloquently, always leading to a “so what” and recommended actionStats-based performance forecastingEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentRole RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in marketing analyticsStrong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or ExcelProficiency in R or Python, and SQLExperience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and FivetranExcellent communication and presentation skillsUnderstanding of data science concepts like statistical modeling, experiment design, limits of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data scienceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work under pressureNice to have: Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)Experience with ad platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Quality, clarity, and accuracy of analysis outputDelivery timelinessQuality of internal communication and teamworkMost Important Things (MITs)A creative, problem-solver mind with a foundation of hard data skillsAdvanced understanding of statistical concepts: advanced modeling, experiment design, customer analysis, limitations of statistics, etcEqual Employment OpportunityPower Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success.
