**Job Title:** SAP Technical Cutover Specialist
About the Job:
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of a project.
The successful candidate will have strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points. They must also have prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
They must also have excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
