Business Technical Service Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing expert support and guidance.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Evaluate client business requirements and guide them towards utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Gain and maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk.
* Assist with document maintenance and record-keeping for client system environments.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
* Take part in executing simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
