Who we're looking for
We're looking for a Visual Designer who brings strong visual direction, consistency, and creativity. You'll work closely with our branding, marketing, and product teams to design clean, modern, and conversion-focused assets for fast-growing SaaS companies.
This is a hands-on creative role — ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life and shaping the visual expression of digital-first brands.
What you'll do
* Design and deliver high-quality visual assets: landing pages, pitch decks, social media creatives, eBooks, case studies, and more
* Ensure consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints
* Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and product designers to translate ideas into strong visuals
* Contribute to branding, product, and marketing initiatives with a focus on performance and clarity
* Present and discuss your work with the team and, occasionally, with clients
What we're looking for
* A strong portfolio showcasing digital design (branding, marketing, web, presentations, etc.)
* 5+ years of experience;
* Proficiency in Webflow, Figma or Framer, figma/canva/photoshop are differentials;
* A sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and color
* Experience designing for SaaS or B2B tech products
* Ability to handle multiple projects with clarity, speed, and organization
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus points
* Experience working with SaaS companies or startups
* Experience with People Analytics or B.I.
* Basic knowledge of UX principles and how design influences user behavior
* Motion design or video editing skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling
