Job Summary
The Channel Marketing Manager drives retail excellence and maximizes business growth by collaborating with dealers to boost sell-outs and optimize SKU strategies for premium products.
Your role will focus on minimizing faulty products and obsolete inventory through effective store inventory management, while managing collaborative tasks across retailers, internal teams and headquarters.
Analyze store sales data to address retailer pain points, develop actionable plans, and leverage retail mapping to identify high-growth potential retailers.
Tackle complex challenges creatively, exercise judgment in selecting methods, and manage team tasks to drive efficiency.
Areas of Responsibilities
Maximize end-consumer sales by working with resellers at the store level.
Strengthen premium product revenue growth through SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) optimization for each store.
Minimize defective products and obsolete inventory through effective store stock management.
Manage the performance of collaborative tasks for retailers, subsidiaries, and headquarters by phase, providing solutions when issues arise.
Understand retailer challenges by analyzing store sales data and plan countermeasures to select retailers and design collaboration strategies.
Identify stores with the greatest growth potential to achieve maximum return on investment.
Optimize premium product SKUs using retail mapping and considering store sales characteristics.
Requirements
Has a broad range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to solve complex problems creatively and effectively.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates tasks of others.
May manage a group, such as cost coordination activities, methods, and personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering or correlated areas; or 6 years with a master’s degree.
Advanced English.
