We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to expand our presence in the LATAM region.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing existing partnerships and clients, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments in LATAM.
In this key position, you will be responsible for acquiring new partners across the region, providing ongoing support to grow their businesses and client bases, and driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
* Acquire new partners across the LATAM region (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners) and provide ongoing support to grow their businesses and client bases.
* Focus on expanding the company's presence in key LATAM markets, driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition.
* Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region, implementing strategies to strengthen market penetration and regional visibility.
* Build and maintain a strong network of partners, industry contacts, and potential clients to maximize business growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to establish localized resources such as payment solutions, marketing initiatives, and platform support tailored to the region.
* Meet or exceed regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals that contribute directly to revenue and client growth.
* Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication, prompt issue resolution, and ongoing performance support.
* Provide management with insights on LATAM market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
* Demonstrated success managing an existing portfolio of partnerships or clients.
* Strong knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential; English fluency is required.
* Based in or with strong working experience in the LATAM region.
