PurposeDefine and implement Salesforce strategy for a health care company, ensuring a personalized, seamless digital experience.About the platformDeliver best-in-class, data-driven experiences for new contact lens wearers, supporting their journey from awareness to retention through personalized campaigns and connected digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce Strategy: Define the technical approach in partnership with the Vision New Wearer team, aligning with business goals.Act as the sole Salesforce expert, responsible for all SFDC-related decisions and integrations.Ensure alignment with architecture and governance teams to maintain compliance and standards.Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions using modern design patterns.Translate user stories into efficient, well-documented code.Collaborate with engineers and QA for end-to-end system understanding.Manage technical debt and ensure security compliance.Provide ongoing support, including incident management and root cause analysis.Required SkillsService Cloud and Sales Cloud expertise.Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Flow.Strong integration experience (REST API, Webhook).Familiarity with design patterns and FFLIB.Git-based source code management.Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge.Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.Fluent English (written and spoken).Experienced in getting CAB/Governance approvals for proposed technical changes.
